5.3 Replacing the adhesive section - version M/ML/L

This section applies only to the M/ML/L versions of the guiding device.
Red adhesive sections running on the underside of the guiding device ensure stability and protect against
slipping of the guiding device.
Use the following procedure to replace an
adhesive section:
1. Pull out the old adhesive section.
➢ We recommend inserting a flat and
pointed object into the guide to lift out the
old adhesive section.
2. As the adhesive section, use the F-HP 6.8M
accessory and cut the tape to the required
length.
3. Rub the cut adhesive section in soapy water.
4. Insert the wet adhesive section into the guide.
The adhesive section is replaced.
