Always check the pressure of the gas supply. For this purpose, use the pressure test outlet
•
provided on the appliance (see paragraph 1.4), following this procedure:
a)
close the central gas cock for safety reason;
b)
take away the screw and lock washer from pressure outlet;
c)
connect the graduated manometer (1 mbar = 10 mm c.a.) and turn on the appliance
to maximal power;
d)
check that the pressure value corresponds to reported value of schedule in the
paragraph 1.5;
e)
close the central gas cock, remove the manometer, close the pressure outlet and
place again the lock washer (don't forget it!).
Check that the gas system has no leak. To employ always a leak finder and to do
•
operation with door and windows open.
Suction system: to check that the air velocity is sufficient for a good draft and at the
•
same time do not cause air draft dangerous for combustion and for staff safety. Note: The
air quantity necessary for combustion is 2m³/h x kW installed power.
To check the correct ignition and combustion (blue flame).
•
To check operation of the safety device in the event of the flame failure.
•
To check right thermostat functioning.
•
To instruct user about use, maintenance and safety norms of the appliance.
•
1.7 Transformations
Operations described in this paragraph are to
be carried out only in case of use of a gas type
different from the one indicated on technical
plate.
The general gas cock must be closed.
•
To parade the grip handles and to remove
•
the dashboard taps.
Top burners
To unscrew the nozzles of the plan burners and to replace them with those adapted to the

type of used gas consulting table 1.
