antee is void in the event of misuse or im-
proper handling, the use of force and in
the event of intervention by service centres

Processing of warranty claims
In order to guarantee the rapid processing
of your issue please adhere to the follow-
ing instructions:
• Please have the sales receipt and the ar-
ticle number (e.g. IAN 12345) available
as proof of purchase, for all enquiries.
• Please refer to the type plate, engraving,
the cover page of your operating instruc-
tions (bottom left) or the adhesive label
on the rear or underside of your device,
for the article number.
• In the event of a functional fault or de-
fect please contact the service depart-
ment below by telephone or email in the
first instance. You will then receive fur-
ther details on how to proceed with your
complaint.
• After consultation with our customer ser-
vice personnel you can send a product
reported as defective in to the service ad-
dress provided free of charge along with
the sales receipt (till slip) and the details
of where the fault lies and when it oc-
curred.
In order to avoid acceptance problems
and additional costs please ensure that
you use only the address provided to you
or consult with your sales centre. Ensure
that the shipping is not implemented
"freight-collect" via bulk goods ship-
ping, express shipping or using any
other special cargo service. Please send
in the device along with all accessory parts
included in the sale and ensure that it is
appropriately and securely packaged.
Repair service
You can have repairs carried out, outside
the guarantee, by our service department,
subject to charge. They will be happy to
prepare a cost estimate for you. We can
only deal with devices that have been sent
in appropriately packaged and shipped to
us postage-paid. Attention: Please send
you device cleaned and with details on the
defect to our service department. Pack-
ages shipped "freight-collect" via bulk
goods shipping, express shipping or us-
ing any other special cargo service will
not be accepted. We will dispose of the
defective device you send in free of charge.
