• Use of this mask while the system is not on and operating may cause
rebreathing of exhaled air. Rebreathing of exhaled air for longer than several
minutes can in some circumstances lead to suffocation.
Note: Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to this device should be
reported to Philips and the competent authority of the Member State in which
the user and/or patient is established.
