BRACKETS on the BOTTOMS (H). Use sixteen BLACK
9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).

Fasten the LARGE SKIRTS (D) to the BOTTOMS (H). Use
four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through
the METAL BRACKETS on the SKIRTS and into the holes
in the BOTTOMS.
