Warranty Claim Procedure

1 Submit Process
Send the Purchase Information by E-mail to Vaporesso Customer
Service: support@vaporesso.com to claim the product faults.
*Refer to the Purchase Information form.
2 Evaluation Process
Vaporeeso Customer Service will evaluate the information after
receiving the E-mail. If Vaporeeso Customer Service determines
that the product does need repair or replacement, please ship
the product to below address:

3 Repair and Replacement Process
