Screen
The display shows current information such as current speed,
elapsed or remaining time, calories remaining, heart rate, etc.
Note: When displaying the pulse, you must have both hands on
the metal sensors on each handle.
The range of values for each is:
TIME: 5:00 to 99:59 minutes/seconds.
DISTANCE 1,0 to 99,9 kilometres.
SPEED: from 1 to 18 km/h.
CALORIES: 20.0 to 999 calories.
PULSE: 50 to 200 beats/minute (BPM).
INCLINATION: 1 to 15.

For more information about the buttons:
PROG: Each press of the button moves to the next
programme in sequence (P1 to P2, P2 to P3 and so on). Press
and hold the button to move through the programmes faster.
After option P12 is the body mass index calculator function,
indicated by "F A t" (ref: Body Mass Index Calculation).
SPEED: Press and hold the button to change speed more
quickly. The speed range is 1.0 to 22.0 km/h. The speed can
also be adjusted using the + and - buttons mounted on the
right handle.
INCLINE: Press and hold the button to change the gradient
faster. The range is from 1 to 15%. The gradient can also
be adjusted using the + and - buttons mounted on the left
handle.
