Manual mode and programme mode
The equipment has two operating modes for switching or selecting modes.
WARNING! The treadmill does not need to be running to change or select modes.
MANUAL MODE
In this mode, the machine can be set to stop automatically at a preset session duration, distance or
calorie value used.
BEWARE! You can also press START to use the device without setting a duration or distance. In this
mode, the equipment will stop automatically after 60 minutes.
1.
Turn on the treadmill.
2. Press START for 3 seconds.

PROGRAM MODE
The treadmill performs a pre-set routine in which it applies a set speed for a set period of time. There
are 12 preset routines to choose from: "P1" to "P12"
Each programme has a standard duration of 30 minutes (you can change it) and apply different speeds
and gradients 20 times per programme (for example, if the duration is 40 minutes, the speed and/or
gradient changes every 2 minutes). To access the programmes:

Turn on the power, press PROG to select the programme 1, "P1".

To change programmes, press again PROG.

5.
When the belt changes speed, a beep sounds several times before the change.
6.
At the completion of the programme, a beep sounds several times before the equipment
stops.
