6 Limitations on Use

Only for use with BladeXT in conjunction with a Blatchford approved pyramid
system.
Intended Life

Environment
The product is waterproof to a maximum depth of 1 metre.

contain sand or grit, for example, to prevent wear or damage to moving parts.

7 Fitting Advice

The instructions in this section are for practitioner use only.
• A recurring noise occurs between BladeXT
and the adapter.
• The adapter moves out of position.
Symptoms
1. All bolts and nuts must be tightened to the
torque ratings specified in this document.
2. Apply Loctite where applicable.
3. User must not use the device until
adjusted, repaired or replaced.
