• Feeding - The machine operator must guide the machine at the handle bar operating the
starting lever on the handle to drive forward. The machine operator steers the machine in
cutting direction over the floor surface to be worked on. The machine is pressed against the
floor and the blade scrapes off the flooring material.
• Switching off - Press the red button on the switch.
Transport the machine
1. Remove the blade.
2. Set the weight into the transport position. Due to
its weight the machine has to be lifted by a crane.
(Fig. 6).
Never grab the blade or the blade holder!
The blade should be dismantled prior to transport-
ing. There is a big danger for the operators leaving
the blade on the machine during transportation.
Maximum permitted inclination
Do not tilt the machine in any of the side directions.
Due to its short base, any inclination can cause a dis-
balance of the machine and the performance.
OPERATION
Commissioning
Read the following assembly instructions completely
before assembling our product.
• Set the handle bar to the proper height which
ensures the right body posture by sliding it into the
slot on the machine.
• Secure the handle bar with the clamps (Fig. 8).
• Place the blade into the blade holder and secure it
with the 5 screws provided (Fig. 9).
The Schuko plug (16 A) is also supplied for countries
in which this plug system has not been introduced.
An extension cable must be available for connection
to the machine. Unroll the extension cable completely
from the cable drum. Use only permitted extension
cables (max. 30 m).
Work preparation
The machine should be disconnected from the
power source before performing any kind of work.
Check your machine for damage.
Check whether moving parts are in working order.
Damaged protection devices and parts must be expertly repaired or replaced by a customer
service workshop.
