Fish (fresh):
Cook with the appropriate amount of liquid, depending on the quantity. Since fish stock sticks strongly, completely remove the
lid as soon as the red safety valve has retracted completely.
Meat:
Is roasted in the pot without the lid. The liquid necessary is added when deglazing.
Cut through pieces that are too large, fry them one at a time and put them on top of each other to finish cooking.
Frozen foods:
The otherwise long defrosting and thawing times are reduced to mere minutes, but they depend on the type and of defrosting
and the size of the foods to be defrosted. Defrosting in a pressure cooker preserves vitamins, minerals and flavours of your food.
