Using your hob for the first time
01 Using your induction hob
1. Touch the Master On/Off Key
NOTE: If you do not select a cooking zone and power level within one minute, the hob will switch off
automatically.
2. Place a pan suitable for induction cooking on a cooking zone; ensure that the base of the pan and the
cooking surface is clean and dry.
3. Choose the cooking zone you wish to use. Select the power level using the slider control key or "-" will be
displayed and the zone will switch off after one minute.
4. Choose the power output by touching the slider anywhere along the control zone, or move your finger
from side to side for more precise selection.
The range can be selected from one lit dot for power output "0" to ten lit dots for power output "9".
