10 Controlling the cooker hood remotely
IMPORTANT: This section is only applicable if you have also purchased a
compatible cooker hood with Radio Frequency (RF) capability. Contact the
Customer Helpline at the end of this manual for compatible models.
The process for connecting the hood to the hob happens in three stages:
A) Configure the hob to transmit a radio frequency signal.
B) Configure the hood to receive this signal.
C) Lock the connectivity between the two appliances and complete the pairing process.
11 Controlling the cooker hood from your hob
Ensure the hob and hood connectivity has been completed and the Hood connection button is ON!
1. Make sure that the hob and the hood are switched off.
2. After around ten seconds, turn on the hob, press the Timer icon
control panel. The LED display will alternately flash red and white.
3. Turn on the hob and make sure the connectivity indicator is is lit.
NOTE: Touch the connectivity key
4. Press the connectivity key and hold for 3 seconds on the hob, the display will flash, and "A" will show on
hood display.
5. Press the connectivity key and hold for 3 seconds on the hob to store the connectivity settings
