Press (OPEN) and insert the disc.

Close the front panel.
Playback starts automatically.
If a disc is already inserted, press (SOURCE)
repeatedly until "CD" appears to start
playback.

The track number indication returns to "1,"
and playback restarts from the first track of the

Each time you press (DSPL) during CD TEXT
disc playback, the item changes as follows:
Track number/
Elapsed playback time
Disc name/ Artist name *
Track name *
1 If you play a CD TEXT disc, t he art ist name

appears in t he display af t er t he disc name. (Only
f or CD TEXT discs w it h t he art ist name.)
2 If t he t rack name of a CD TEXT disc is not
*
prerecorded, " TRACK" and " NO NAM E" appear
in t he display.
Notes
• Some charact ers cannot be displayed.
• For some CD TEXT discs w it h very many
charact ers, inf ormat ion may not scroll.
• This unit cannot display t he art ist name f or each
t rack of a CD TEXT disc.
