Erasing f iles in a program

During playback, press (MENU) , then
press either side of (FLDR/PRESET)
repeatedly until "PGM -SET" appears.

Press (ENTER) .

Press either side of (FLDR/PRESET)
repeatedly to select the program w ith
the file number you w ant to erase.

Press (ENTER) for 2 seconds.
The selected file is erased, and the
succeeding files are renumbered.

— Best Tuning M emory (BTM )
The unit selects the stations with the strongest
signals and memorizes them in the order of
their frequencies. You can store up to 6 stations
on each band (FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, and
AM2).
Caut ion
When tuning in stations while driving, use
Best Tuning Memory to prevent accidents.

Press (SOURCE) repeatedly to select the
tuner.
Each time you press (SOURCE), the source
changes as follows:

Press (MODE) repeatedly to select the
band.
Each time you press (MODE), the band
changes as follows:
B FM 1
B FM 2
AM 2 b

Press (MENU) , then press either side of
(FLDR/PRESET) repeatedly until "BTM "
appears.

Press (ENTER) .
The unit stores stations in the order of their
frequencies on the number buttons.
A beep sounds when the setting is stored.
Notes
• The unit does not st ore st at ions w it h w eak
signals. If only a f ew st at ions can be received,
some number but t ons w ill ret ain t heir f ormer
set t ing.
• When a number is indicat ed in t he display, t he
unit st art s st oring st at ions f rom t he one current ly
displayed.
• If a CD is not in t he unit , only t he t uner band
appears even if you press (SOURCE).
