The rotary commander works by pressing
buttons and/or rotating controls.

Each time you press (SOURCE) , the
source changes as follow s:

During radio reception, each time you
press (MODE) , the band changes as
follow s:
FM 1 t FM 2 t FM 3 t AM 1 t AM 2
By rot at ing t he cont rol
(t he SEEK cont rol)
Rotate the control momentarily and
release it to:
•Locate a specific track/file on a disc.
Rotate and hold the control until you
locate the specific point in a track/file,
then release it to start playback.
•Tune in stations automatically. Rotate and
hold the control to find a specific station.

Push in and rotate the control to:
•Receive the stations memorized on the
number buttons.
•Select the folder.
Ot her operat ions
Rotate the VOL control to
adjust the volume.
Press (DSPL) to display
the band or disc type/ file name/
folder name/ CD TEXT/ clock.
Tip
If your car has no ACC (accessory) posit ion on t he
ignit ion key sw it ch, be sure t o press (OFF) f or t w o
seconds t o t urn of f t he clock indicat ion af t er
t urning of f t he engine.
