Grease all moving metal parts.
•
Check all bolt covers or sharp edges and replace if necessary.
•
Check swing seats, chains, ropes and other fasteners for signs of damage.
•
Replace defective items as instructed.
FIXING INTO THE GROUND (SEE P.24)
IMPORTANT !
For safety reasons, the product must be embedded into the ground :
•
Place the product in the desired position, mark a square 300 × 300 mm around each foot (the foot
must be in the center of the square) and dig a hole 300 mm 12in deep.
•
Fill those holes with a minimum of 300mm/12in of concrete. Do not exceed the ground level. Fit the
embedding piece into the center of the concrete so that fixture for screwing the posts into place rise
out of the concrete.
•
When the concrete is dry, screw the posts to the embedding pieces.
•
Cover up the sealings with earth.
IMPORTANT ! Wait until the concrete is set before using the play center
MAINTENANCE
•
The metal parts do not need any particular care. However, in certain regions (ie seaside areas), cer-
tain coatings could be prone to damage. In this case, it is advised to use a rust prevention treatment.
•
The ground on which the play centre is placed should be controlled regularly. All elements such as
stones or other objects that could cause injury in the case of a fall, should be removed.
PRACTICAL ADVICE
Frequent questions and observations.
SAFETY. Certain safety checks should be carried out regularly on the product. Remove any sharp edges,
replace missing screw covers, tighten the nuts and bolts etc, to avoid any danger through normal wear and
tear or any upturning of the product. It must be used under adult supervision.
