3. Press the TIMER adjustment buttons [#] to adjust the time the product remains working.
4. Press and hold the TIMER adjustment buttons [#] to quickly adjust the time.
The maximum working time is 99 minutes.
The selected pre-set updates according to the changes made.
7.3.3. Kneading the dough
To knead the dough:
1. Press the START button [#] to start the dough kneading process. The dough hook [#] and the
bowl [#] start rotating.
2. Press the PAUSE button [#] to pause the product during the dough kneading process. Press
the START button [#] to resume the dough kneading process.
3. Press the STOP button [#] to stop the product during the dough kneading.
To use the inching button:
4. Press and hold the INCHING button [#]. The dough hook [#] starts rotating counter
clockwise, the light of the INCHING button lights up.
The dough hook [#] stops rotating when you let go of the INCHING button [#].
To use the reverse button:
5. Press the REVERSE button [#]. The dough hook [#] starts rotating counter clockwise, the light
of the REVERSE button lights up.
6. Press the REVERSE button [#] again to stop the reversed motion.
7.3.4. Removing the dough from the dough bowl
To remove the dough out of the dough bowl:
1. Rotate the safety guard [#] upwards.
2. Carefully take the dough out of the dough bowl [#].
3. Rotate the safety guard [#] downwards.
7.4. Switching off
• Electrical shock hazard. Always switch off the power switch before unplugging the power
cable.
To switch off the product:
1. Rotate the power switch [#] counter clockwise to 0 / OFF to switch off the product. The
lights of the display switch off.
2. Unplug the power cable [#] form the power outlet.
7.5. Acting in case of an emergency
• Electrical shock hazard. Never reset the product in case of product malfunctioning. Always
have a qualified service engineer check the product before resetting a malfunctioning
product.
