1. Press the emergency stop button [#]. The product stops and a beep emits
The emergency stop button must be reset after the button has been pressed. To reset the
emergency button:
1. Rotate the emergency stop button [#] clockwise.
The emergency stop button is now reset.
8. Maintenance
Electrical shock hazard. Never perform any maintenance with the power cable connected to

a power outlet. Always disconnect the power cable from the power outlet before cleaning
the product.
8.1. Cleaning the product
It is recommend to clean the product after each use.
To clean the product:
1. Unplug the power cable [#] from the power outlet.
2. Rotate the safety guard [#] upwards.
3. Clean the following parts with warm water and a cloth:
a. Dough bowl
b. Dough hook
c. Dividing rod
4. Dry the parts thoroughly.
5. Reinsert the parts into the product.
6. Rotate the safety guard [#] downwards.
