Regularly check the pressure-carrying parts (high-pressure hose) and the current-carrying parts
for possible damage. Immediately replace any defective parts with original parts.I
If non-original accessories are used, e.g. hose lines, connections, there may be a risk of
accidents in individual cases. No liability can be accepted for accidents or damage caused by
non-original parts.
Modification or alteration to the unit is only permitted after consultation with the manufacturer.
The operational safety of the unit is only guaranteed if it is used as intended.
Maintenance, inspection and repair work may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
When changing the grease reservoir, never place the high-pressure piston pump and grease
follower cover on a dirty surface. Dirt that gets into the lubrication system can cause damage to
machine bearings and the high-pressure piston pump.
Caution: hot components cool down only gradually after being switched off.
Safety-relevant parts may only be replaced or adjusted by the manufacturer.

Intended use / warranty
The electro-hydraulic lubricator is suitable for lubricating machines, vehicles and equipment with
commercially available lubricants.
Greases and pastes based on silicone oil and thickened with PTFE must not be processed with
this device. Please consult with our technical department.
If the operating instructions are observed and the unit is used for its intended purpose, we are
liable within the scope of the statutory warranty obligation (see our terms of delivery).
In case of warranty claims, please enclose the invoice from your dealer with the date of
purchase.

Construction and scope of delivery
The construction including the individual components is shown on page 3.
The hydraulic unit is supplied already assembled and ready for operation and filled with 1.25 l of
hydraulic oil.
The lubrication pump operates fully automatically after the gear pump is switched on.
When the hydraulic gear pump is switched on and the trigger lever of the grease gun is
actuated, grease delivery starts. When the trigger lever is released, the high-pressure piston
pump automatically stops grease delivery.
The scope of delivery is shown in the order confirmation.

Commissioning and operation

Remove the lid from the grease bucket.

Press the grease follower piston onto the grease in the bucket until it is visible in the centre
opening. The rubber lip must lie evenly against the wall of the bucket.

Place the dust cover on the bucket with the grease follower cover and centre it with the wing
screws.

Slide the pumping unit holder down to the dust cover and secure with wing nut.

Push the high-pressure piston pump through the pumping unit holder, the dust cover and the
grease follower cover down to the grease reservoir bottom. Secure pumping unit with wing nut.
Before commissioning the system, check all connections for tightness and leakage
.

Insert 220V mains plug into socket. Ensure that the hydraulic gear pump is switched off.
As soon as the hydraulic gear pump is switched on, the high-pressure piston pump automatically
sucks in the grease. Now actuate the grease gun until the grease comes out. Then release the
trigger of the grease gun.

The high-pressure piston pump switches off automatically after reaching the maximum operating
pressure and is ready for use.
