Safety instructions eHybrid Greaser:

Note! Read the assembly instructions before use.

Attention! Disconnect the power supply, remove the plug.

Attention! Always wear protective gloves during use.

Attention! Danger from oil splashing oil, use protective goggles.

Observe instructions, e.g., never point the pressure hose at people or animals.

Dispose of in an environmentally friendly manner
Failure to observe the safety instructions may endanger persons as well as the environment
and the system. Failure to observe the safety instructions may result in the loss of any claims
for damages. The operator of the system must ensure that the operating personnel are familiar
with the contents of the operating instructions, in particular the safety instructions. The
operating personnel must be instructed regularly.
Notes for eHybrid greasers
If the system is not used for a longer period of time (e.g., after work on weekends), it must be

disconnected from the mains.
Do not let the pump run against the closed gun for longer than 3 min.

Please note that the gear pump and the high-pressure piston pump will heat up.

To avoid unnecessary heating of the unit, switch off the gear pump immediately after completing
-
the lubrication process(es).
After parking the trolley, apply the parking brake on the castor.

Never point the grease gun at people or animals! Risk of injury!
The unit must not be operated in potentially explosive areas.

Make sure that the 220V Schuko socket is fused with at least 10 A.

Only use original accessories approved by MATO. No liability can be accepted for accidents
-
caused by foreign parts.
The operational safety of the unit is only guaranteed if it is used as intended.

Manipulations or changes to the system are prohibited.

Preparatory measures/handling
Protective gloves and safety goggles must be worn during use.
Observe the safety data sheets for the hazardous substances used (grease and oil).
Regularly instruct personnel.
Do not sharply bend pressure hoses.
Repair / maintenance
Before any repair or maintenance work, disconnect the power supply (pull out the mains plug)
and depressurise the system by opening the grease gun.
Carry out repair and maintenance work only in a depressurised state.
