8. Withdraw the internal thermocouple (if connected) from the socket in the base of
the heating jacket.
9. Connect the external thermocouple plug [6] into the socket in the base of the
heating jacket.
10. Connect the distillation head [9] to the central neck of the flask inside the heating
jacket [1] and secure the connection with a clip.
