Each time after use
1. Empty the container.
2. Vacuum off the inside and outside of the device and
clean with a moist cloth.
Folding the push handle in/out
1. Release the push handle fastening screws and ad-
just the push handle.
Storing the device
1. Store the suction hose and mains cable as shown in
the illustration.

2. Store the device in a dry room and secure it against
unauthorised use.
Transport
CAUTION
Failure to observe the weight
Risk of injury and damage
Be aware of the weight of the device during transporta-
tion.
When transporting the device, ensure that it is securely
fastened.
The following measures must be taken for the dust-free
transport of the device:
1. Clean the suction hose and accessories with a
damp cloth.
2. Place the suction hose with accessories in the trans-
port bag supplied. Close the transport bag. Order
number for transport bag: 6.277-454.0
3. Close the suction connection, see wet vacuum
cleaning.
4. Remove the suction hose with floor nozzle from the
support. Carry the device by the carrying handle and
suction pipe.
5. When transporting the device in vehicles, secure it
to prevent it from slipping or overturning in accord-
ance with the respective valid guidelines.
Storage
CAUTION
Failure to observe the weight

Be aware of the weight of the device during storage.
The device may only be operated indoors.
Care and maintenance
DANGER
Danger of electric shock
Injuries due to touching live parts
Switch off the device.
Remove the mains plug.
Dust extraction machines are safety devices for the pre-
vention or elimination of hazards according to the Ger-
man DGUV regulation 1 (German accident prevention
regulation, principles of prevention).
Note
Industrial vacuums/dust removal devices must be ser-
viced as required, but at least once a year, repaired if
necessary and checked by an expert (qualified in ac-
cordance with TRGS 519 No. 5.3, Paragraph 2). The
test result must be presented on request.

ATTENTION
Care agents containing silicone
These can attach plastic components.
Do not use care agents containing silicone for cleaning.
● You can perform basic maintenance and care work
yourself.
● Clean the surface of the device and the interior of
the container regularly with a moist cloth.
Replacing the flat fold filter
DANGER
Danger from dust that is harmful to your health
Respiratory sicknesses through inhalation of dust.
Accumulated dust must be transported in dust-proof
containers. Do not transfer the contents. Waste that
contains asbestos must be disposed of in accordance
with the instructions and rules for waste disposal. The
dust bag may only be disposed of by qualified staff.
WARNING

Respiratory sicknesses through inhalation of dust.
Do not use the main filter element after removing it from
the device.
Permanently installed filters may only be replaced by an
expert in a suitable area (i.e. decontamination stations).
Order number for flat fold filter: 6.904-364.0
1. Turn both fastening pins of the filter cover counter-
clockwise with a screwdriver. Fastening pins are
pushed out.

2. Open the filter cover.
3. Remove the flat fold filter.
4. When removing the flat fold filter, wrap it immediate-
ly with the bag provided and seal it. Order number
for bag: 6.592-049.0

5. Dispose of used flat fold filter in dust-tight bag in ac-
cordance with statutory regulations.
6. Remove any dirt deposits from the clean air side.
7. Fit the new flat fold filter. During insertion, ensure
that the flat fold filter is flush on all sides.
8. Close the filter cover until it audibly latches into
place.
9. Press in both fastening pins of the filter cover with a
screwdriver and tighten clockwise.
Changing the safety filter bag

1. Close the suction connection, see wet vacuum
cleaning.

2. Unlock and remove the suction head.
3. Fold up the safety filter bag.

4. Take off the protective film and close the ventilation
holes with a self-adhesive tab.

5. Pull the safety filter bag out towards the back.
