INSTALLATION & USE
Place the Cheese Blocker Pro (henceforth CBP) on your working surface. The anti-skid feet work best
on sturdy, clean, dry, smooth and non-textured surfaces.
REINIGEN
Clean the CBP daily after final use.
The CBP needs to be cleaned between switching to a different type of cheese to prevent
cross-contamination.
Use hot water, a soft brush and a neutral cleaning detergent, such as green soap or dish soap,
to clean the CBP.
Do not use water hotter than 70°C (160°F) to prevent damage to the plastic parts.
Never use hard brushes, scratching materials, soda- chlorine- disinfectant or aggresive cleaning
detergents for cleaning.
Flush the CBP with water after cleaning. Dry the machine thouroughly to prevent deterioration
of parts due to dust and moisture.
The cutting block is modular and can be washed in the dishwasher. This way you can make sure
that even in the grooves everything is clean.
WARNINGS
The CBP is used exclusively for cutting semi-hard cheeses without rind.
Using cheeses with rind can cause breakage of the cutting wire, or severly reduce their lifespan.
Using harder cheeses can cause breakage of the cutting wire, or severly reduce their lifespan.
