FAULTS FINDING
– Ignition failure/safety stat
interception (fig. 27)
If the burner fails to start the red led
that signals blockage will light up.
To attempt starting it again, the selector
knob must be turned to the position ( )
and released soon after, returning to the
summer ( ) or winter (
If the failure should occur again, call
the authorised technical staff to check
the boiler.
– Restoring pressure in the
heating system (fig. 27/a)
Periodically check that the pressure in
the system is between 1 and 1.2 bar. If
the pressure is below 1 bar when the
system is cold, top up using the filling tap
until the pressure gauge indicator falls
within the blue range (2).

The blue coloured scale (1) shows the
working field with heating plant functio-
ning.
– Other faults (fig. 27/b)
If orange indicator light comes on (SM
probe fault), turn off the boiler and con-
tact your authorised technical service
centre.
- Version "25 BF TS":
If the green flashing indicator light
comes on (fan fault/exhaust pressure
switch), turn off the boiler and contact
your authorised technical service cen-
tre.
If the flashing orange light comes on
(no water circulation), turn the boiler
off and then turn it on again to restore
functioning. If the indicator light comes
on again, turn off the boiler and reque-
st assistance from an Authorised Tech-
nical Service Centre.
If the boiler and the green voltage LED
switch off, it is possible to reset the
unit by disconnecting it from the mains
for a few minutes and by pressing the
main switch on the outside of the boi-
ler.
- Version "25 OF":
If the green flashing indicator light
comes on (exhaust thermostat trip-
ped), to begin functioning again, reset
the exhaust thermostat button. If the
device is tripped frequently, contact
your authorised technical service cen-
tre.
If the flashing orange light comes on
(insufficient water pressure), restore
functioning using the filling tap (fig.
27/a).
If the flashing red indicator light comes
on (fault in SS probe), turn off the boi-
ler and request the assistance of an
Authorised Technical Service Centre.
