Resolution
1.
Change the sound processor
batteries.
2.
Check your dome. If there is wax
buildup, change the dome. See Care
for your Hybrid system on page 5.
3.
Check your speaker unit wax filter. If
there is wax buildup, change the filter.

4. Check that the receiver is properly
connected to your sound processor.

If the problem continues, contact
your clinician.
