INSTRUCTIONS FRO THE USER
Our equipment was designed to guarantee high performance levels and quality with regard to washing, filtering, noise
and energy savings. This equipment must only be used for the purpose for which it was expressly designed, which is
washing dishes with water and specific detergents. Any other use shall be considered improper.
WARNINGS:
•
Run a couple of empty cycles to clean the basin and all conductors of the production oils.
•
Do not wash decorated dishes
Prevent silverware from coming into contact with other metals
•
Avoid residue from drying on the dishes
•
Remove more consistent solid residue from the dishes to prevent clogging the filters
•
Pre-treat the dishes by rinsing them with cold or warm water, without using any detergent
•
Use the automatic dispensers for the detergent
•
•
If the automatic dispenser is not provided, pour non-foaming detergent in the basin when the water has
reached the washing temperature.

START OF SERVICE
•
Open the water supply cock
Turn on the main switch

Open the door and make sure the internal components are positioned properly
•

Close the door and press the "START" button.
At this stage the machine starts heating and filling the basin. During the loading phase, the cycle light emits two slow
flashes separated by a pause. While it is filling up the "start " key is disabled and is only re-enabled once the basin is full.
WARNING !! On the pressure boiler models, In the initial filling, the water passes through the boiler to fill the basin, this
takes place continuously until reaching the desired level. This filling takes place with no preheating of the boiler, thus, if
connected to cold water, after the initial filling, the content of the basin will be cold.
RECOMMENDED:
•
Turn the glass washer 30 minutes prior to use by staff.
Once the filling cycle is over, make 2 or 3 empty cycles in such a way that the basin temperature adapts
•
according to the recommended standard (45 - 50°C).
With the door open, filling is suspended and resumes as soon as the door is closed
