• When the appliance is running, do not remove the lid
(3) and always pay maximum attention.
• Never leave the power cable plug in the electri-
cal socket when the appliance is not being used or
when it is unattended. Furthermore, when in opera-
tion, avoid leaving the appliance and its power cable
near heat sources. If the power cable (16) is damaged,
it must be replaced by the manufacturer, by an au-
thorised service centre or by qualified technicians, to
avoid any risks.
• To avoid the risk of fire, do not pass the power cable
(16) under rugs or near radiators or heaters.
• Before filling the water tank (5) or performing any
cleaning or maintenance operations on the humidi-
fier, always ensure that the appliance is switched off
and that the power supply cable plug (16) is removed
from the socket.
• Never run the appliance without filling the water tank
(5), without the entire steam duct unit (13 + 14 + 15)
in place or without water in the heating tank (10).
• Do not touch the steam duct unit (13 + 14 + 15) when
the product is in operation or before it has cooled
down completely.
WARNING! The flow of steam will only begin to

exit the appliance shortly after it has been switched
on. Never place your face or hands near the steam
outlet (1), or obstruct it with objects. The temperature
of the steam could cause severe scalding and burns.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquid
or place it under running water. Do not touch the ap-
pliance with wet or damp hands and never use it with
bare or wet feet.
