Patient Assistant model PA96000
As instructed by your doctor, use the Patient Assistant model PA96000 to record information about
any symptoms you experience such as dizziness, fainting, or palpitations. Carry it with you at all
times, such as on a key chain. During or very soon after experiencing a symptom, you press the
button on the Patient Assistant and hold it over your cardiac monitor. The information is stored in
your cardiac monitor. The doctor uses the data from the cardiac monitor to check your heart rhythm
and to help determine if your symptoms are heart-related. For detailed instructions, refer to the
