In Order t o Make a Warrant y Claim During t he Remainder of t he One- Year Warrant y:
• Locat e your original sales receipt and make a not e of your
model and serial number.
• Visit haierappliances.com t o init iat e t he product
replacement process.
• You will be asked t o provide your name, address, dat e of
purchase, model and serial number.
• Haier Appliances will arrange for a cart on t o be sent t o your
home t o recover t he product .
What Will Not Cover:
•
Cust omer inst ruct ion. This owner's manual provides
informat ion regarding operat ing inst ruct ions and user
cont rols.
•
Improper inst allat ion. If you have an inst allat ion problem,
or if t he air condit ioner is of improper capacit y, cont act
your dealer or inst aller. You are responsible for providing
adequat e elect rical connect ing facilit ies.
•
Failure of t he product result ing from modificat ions t o t he
product or due t o unreasonable use including failure t o
provide reasonable and necessary maint enance.
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES - Your sole and exclusive remedy is product repair as provided in t his Limited
Warrant y. Any implied warrant ies, including t he implied warrant ies of merchant abilit y or fit ness for a part icular purpose,
are limited to one year or t he shortest period allowed by law.
For US Customers: This limited warrant y is extended to t he original purchaser and any succeeding owner for product s
purchased for home use wit hin t he USA. If t he product is located in an area where service by a Haier Appliances Aut horized
Servicer is not available, you may be responsible for a t rip charge or you may be required to bring t he product to an
Aut horized Haier Appliances Service locat ion for service. In Alaska, t he limited warrant y excludes t he cost of shipping or
service calls to your home.
Some st ates do not allow t he exclusion or limit at ion of incident al or consequent ial damages. This limited warrant y gives
you specific legal right s, and you may also have ot her right s which vary from st ate to st ate. To know what your legal right s
are, consult your local or st ate consumer affairs office or your st ate's At torney General.

Haier Appliances Will Replace:
Replacement , repair, or refund of t he original ret ail price for any product which fails due to a
defect in materials or workmanship. If t he unit is exchanged, t he replacement unit is warranted
for t he remainder of your product 's original one- year warrant y period. Haier Appliances will, at it s
sole discret ion, replace t he product wit h a product of t he same or comparable funct ionalit y and
qualit y or refund t he original ret ail price.

• You should receive your replacement product or refund
wit hin 7 t o 10 business days aft er your package is received.

Replacement of house fuses or reset t ing of circuit
breakers.

Failure due t o corrosion on models not corrosion-
prot ect ed.
•
Damage t o t he product caused by improper power
supply volt age, accident , fire, floods or act s of God.
•
Incident al or consequent ial damage caused by possible
defect s wit h t his air condit ioner.
•
Damage caused aft er delivery.
