Operating the power tool causes a massive load

removed or inhibited.
Maintenance and cleaning
When carrying out any cleaning, adjustment, repairing
or maintenance tasks, wear gloves and place the electric
chainsaw in a firm and steady surface.
Always remove the battery to prevent the electric
chainsaw from starting.
Allow the electric chainsaw to cool down before
servicing the saw chain.
Frequently check the equipment, especially before
storage (for example, before the winter period),
regarding wear and damages.
For safety reasons, replace worn or damaged parts
immediately so the appliance is always in perfect
operating conditions.
Cleaning:
The power tool must be thoroughly cleaned after each
use.
Clean the electric chainsaw by hand. Avoid wetting the
controls and other equipment / accessories that are
difficult to dry (water stimulates the appearance of
corrosion and rust);
Do not use aggressive cleaning products. These
products
may
damage
compromising the safe operation of the power tool.
In order to avoid the risk of fire, the ventilation slots
must remain free of flammable waste.

Only maintenance works described in this instruction
manual may be carried out; all other works must be
performed by an official distributor.
Only use accessories, oil or grease authorized by VITO.
Not doing so may result in personal injuries or damages
to the electric chainsaw. If in doubt, you should contact
an official distributor.
Keep warning and information stickers always clean and
legible.
Keep all nuts and bolts well tightened in order to ensure
a safe operation.
If any components or safety devices are removed for
maintenance works, they must be repositioned
immediately and correctly.
Long-term storage
Store the chainsaw in a dry place. Avoid places with high
humidity to avoid the appearance of corrosion and rust.
Clean the equipment thoroughly before storage,
especially in winter. Keep the device in a good operating
mode.
Make sure the appliance is protected against misuse
(for example, by children).
Technical assistance
Your electric chainsaw should only be serviced by the
manufacturer's internal service personnel, or other
qualified personnel, replacing any necessary parts with
original parts sourced directly from the manufacturer.
