Problem
Water does not dispense
Water is not cold
Water is not hot
Dispenser is noisy during
operation
Water leaks from the water

dispenser and onto the floor
The water being dispensed has a

Possible Cause
System has malfunctioned.
Cooling system switch is OFF.
Too much cold water consumed in a short period
of time.
Water in the water bottle is hot.
(Bottle is exposed to direct sunlight.)
The ventilation around the dispenser is insufficient.
System has malfunctioned.
Hot water switch is OFF.
Too much hot water has been consumed in short
period of time.
System has malfunctioned.
Dispenser is not level.
Dispenser is touching other objects.
The buttons are stuck down.
The water dispense point has been damaged.
Water bottle has a small crack.
The hot or cold tank drain cap is not fastened
properly.
The hot or cold water tank is leaking.
New water dispenser.
Dispenser requires cleaning.
Solution
Remove water bottle and unplug the dispenser.
Contact dealer.
Turn cooling switch ON.
Wait 15 minutes for the water to cool. If the unit
has just been turned on, the wait time for cold
water may be up to 1 hour.
Place the dispenser in a cool location out of
direct sunlight.
Provide at least 6 in (15 cm) of clearance on all
sides of the dispenser.
Remove water bottle and unplug the dispenser.
Contact dealer.
Turn hot water switch ON.
Wait 15 minutes for the water to heat.
Remove water bottle and unplug the dispenser.
Contact dealer.
Place the dispenser on a level, flat surface.
Move the dispenser away from other objects.
Check for foreign objects in the button area.

Replace water bottle.(See Installation
Instructions)
Tighten the drain caps.
If the seal inside the drain cap is torn or
damaged then replace with a new one.
Unplug the dispenser, remove the water bottle,
and contact the dealer.
This is not uncommon with new water
dispensers. The taste usually goes away after
the first bottle has been used.
Clean the waterways.
