This symbol indicates that the product is:
• splash proof. It is possible to use the product outdoors, but it is not
possible to leave it outdoors under water or immerse it in water.
• Protected against the entry of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm ∅ (eg
wires, tools).
IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS RELATING TO USER SAFETY
1. This appliance is intended only for heating outdoor environments, according to
the methods indicated in these instructions; it is also to be considered as an
additional heating appliance, and not as a central heating system.
2. The device must be used in environments such as:
a. shops, offices and other similar workplaces;
b. farms or similar;
c. customers of hotels, motels and other residential environments;
d. environments of the bed and breakfast type.
3. The appliance must NOT be used in dusty environments or with extremely
volatile materials (they could obstruct grids), or in environments with high
humidity, or with flammable products, or outdoors under water. The
manufacturer cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from
improper, erroneous and irresponsible use and / or from repairs carried out by
unqualified personnel.
