12. Cleaning

Risk of damage to the device due to improper use of
the device.
Before cleaning the device, always disconnect it from
the power supply by unplugging the mains plug.
Make sure that no liquid gets inside the device.
Only use a dry, soft cloth to clean the device. Do not
use chemical solutions or cleaning products because
these may damage the device's surface and/or
inscriptions.
Furniture is often coated with varnishes or plastics which are
cleaned with a wide range of cleaning agents. Some of these
cleaning agents contain ingredients which might damage the
material of the device feet and cause them to soften.
If necessary, place an non-slip mat underneath.
13. Storing the device when not in use
If you do not intend to use the device over a longer period of time, unplug it
from the power supply and store in a cool, dry place.
Ensure that the device is protected from dust, dirt, moisture and extreme
temperature variations.
14. Troubleshooting
If the device stops working properly, please refer to the troubleshooting table
shown below to see if you can resolve the problem yourself.
Never attempt to repair the device yourself. If a repair is necessary, please
contact our Service Centre or a suitable authorised repair workshop.
