8. USE AND OPERATION
8.1 INFLATION OPERATION
1.
Connect the hose to the inflatable.
2.
Connect the other end of the hose to the inflation port (OUT - point 3 fig.1) of the inflator.
3.
Connect the cable with alligator clips (point 6 fig.1) to an external battery
4.
Connect the BMC2S universal connector to the inflator. (point 7 fig.1)
5.
Set the desired pressure on the pressure gauge (point 5 fig.1)
6.
Press the start button (ON).
7.
When the set pressure is reached, the inflator automatically switches off.You can stop the inflator
at any time by pressing the stop button (OFF).
ATTENTION
In case crocodile clips are used, make sure of the correct polarity (red terminal connected
to the positive of the battery).
Otherwise the inflator will not start.
ATTENTION
Do not run the inflator for more than 20 minutes and, subsequently, cool the unit for 10
minutes before reuse.
ATTENTION
With the device under pressure, never turn the pressure regulator or the manometer
ring counterclockwise. This would cause the instrument to break immediately.
ATTENTION
Consider the maximum and adequate inflation pressure of the object to be inflated.
Always set the maximum recommended pressure using the pressure regulator or the gauge
nut. Do not over inflate.
ATTENTION
Protect from sand, keeping the inflator inside the supplied bag: the entry of sand into the
inflator can cause it to jam.
8.2 BATTERY STATUS LIGHT
The LED under the gauge ring defines the battery charge status.
During operation, the gauge LED will show three different colours:
GREEN: battery charged.
YELLOW: battery low.
RED: low battery.

8.3 DEFLATION OPERATION
1. Connect the hose to the inflatable.
2. Connect the other end of the hose to the deflation port (IN - point 2 fig.1) of the inflator.
3. Connect the cable with alligator clips (point 6 fig.1) to an external battery
4. Connect the BMC2S universal connector to the inflator. (point 7 fig.1)
5. Press the start button (ON).
6. Once the inflator has been emptied stop the inflator by pressing the OFF button
(point 4 fig.1)
DURING THE DEFLATION PHASE THE INFLATOR DOES NOT
TURN OFF AUTOMATICALLY.
8.4 ACCESSORIES
Accessories recommended for your inflator are available from your dealer or authorized service
centers.
ATTENTION
The use of any accessory not recommended for this inflator can be dangerous.
8.5 MAINTENANCE OF THE ANTI-SAND FILTER
The inflator is equipped with a filter compartment located under the deflation fitting (IN). It is
recommended to keep it clean for a longer life and efficiency of the inflator.
8.6 HOW TO CLEAN THE ANTI-SAND FILTER
• Unscrew the two screws that block the deflation fitting (IN).
• Lift the fitting and extract the filter.
• Clean with compressed air or, if excessively dirty, replace it.
• Reassemble the fitting and tighten the fixing screws.
9. TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE

Wrong pressure setting.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Connect the power cable correctly
and with the right polarity (red clamp
to the positive of the battery).
Check the condition of the battery.
Press the ON key.
