• Do not use the mask in case of vomiting or nausea.
• Keep away from light.
• It is recommended to wash the mask before the first use.
• The mask shall be cleaned after each use.
• Frequency of cleaning, methods of cleaning or the use of cleaning
agents other than those specified in this user manual, or exceeding
the recommended number of regeneration cycles, can jeopardize the
safety and the quality of the therapy.
• Before use, check the integrity of the mask. If damaged during
transport, notify your dealer.
• In case of visible deterioration (cracks, tears, etc.), it needs to eliminate
and replace the damaged mask component.
• Do not leave the components of the mask unattended, some of these
may be swallowed by children.
• Contact your dealer as a healthcare professional in case of functional
problems, size problems or questions regarding the application of the
medical device.
Any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the device should be
reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member
State in which the user and/or patient is established.
2 - MASK COMPONENTS (section A)

3 - ASSEMBLING AND WEARING THE MASK (section B)
• Bring the gray cushion (a) ring closer to the frame (b) so as to first
couple the upper part of the cushion to the upper tooth of the frame,
then place your fingers and push to also hook the lower part of the
cushion to the frame (B.1).
• Holding the mask gently in close contact to the face, wear the headgear
(e) over the head making sure the cushion (a) adheres to the profile
around the nose (B.2).
• Attach the two lower straps of the headgear (e) to the hooks of the
frame (b) so that they pass under the ears (B.3).
• Slightly pull the straps to ensure the stability of the mask according to
ENGLISH
the sequence B.4.
• Connect the swivel fitting (d) to the equipment tube (B.5), then turn on
the equipment at the prescribed pressure.
• Lie down and, if necessary, adjust the headgear again (B.6).
4 - USING THE MASK
To properly remove, disassemble and reassemble the mask, refer to the
respective illustrations in section C - D - E.
5 - CLEANING THE MASK
For daily cleaning, the mask must be disassembled in its components,
each of which (frame, cushion, elbow connector and its exhalation orifices)
must be carefully washed in warm water (about 30°C) using neutral soap
and then rinsed thoroughly with clean fresh water. Finally, the parts must be
air dried, away from direct sunlight.
If necessary, carry out these operations with the help of a soft-bristled
toothbrush.
To clean the headgear, perform the same procedure weekly.

decontamination, disinfection and sterilization" available electronically on
the website medicaldevice.airliquide.com or at your dealer, together with
the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the disinfectant solution,
especially regarding the compatibility with the materials of the various
components.
PRECAUTIONS
• Remove the mask after disconnecting at least one of the lower headgear
straps.
• Do not open the straps to avoid having to adjust the headgear again the
next time you use it.
• Be very careful to remove any dirt from the exhalation holes.
• The headgear can only be washed in water.
• Do not clean the mask with solutions containing alcohol, aromatic
compounds, humidifiers, antibacterial agents,hydrating agents or
aromatic oils as they would damage the product and reduce its life.
• Do not leave the mask immersed for more than 10 minutes.
• Do not clean the mask in the dishwasher.
