OPERATION
• To deactivate the Follow Me Function, press the
FUNCTION button ( ) and then the Up ( ) or
Down ( ) button until the Follow Me icon flashes on
the remote. Press the FUNCTION button ( ) again
to confirm deactivation. The Follow Me icon will dis-
appear from the display.

Your portable air conditioner can be controlled from
almost anywhere using a smartphone or another
connected device. To connect the air conditioner to
your device, do the following:
l Download the WESTINGHOUSE app from Google Play
or the App Store. Follow the instructions in the app to
set up an account.
NOTE: You must have the app installed and create an
account before you can connect the appliance to your
phone.
l Log into the WESTINGHOUSE app, follow the on-
screen instructions to select your appliance and connect
it to your phone.
l Once the devices are connected, you will be
able to control your air conditioner through the
WESTINGHOUSE app.
For details on operating the air conditioner from your
phone, refer to the WESTINGHOUSE app or scan the
QR code.
TIPS FOR BEST USE
l Close the windows and doors in the room to be air
conditioned.
l When using the air conditioner without the window vent
kit, leave a door slightly open to improve ventilation.
l To reduce ambient heat and help the air conditioner
work efficiently, partially close curtains and blinds to
block direct exposure to the sun
