REMOVING CARTON CONTENTS
WARNING
Do not attempt to operate this product if any items
in the INCLUDED LIST are already assembled when
you remove the carton contents. These items are
not assembled by the manufacturer and should
require customer assembly. Using an improperly
assembled product can be hazardous and could
result in serious personal injury.
l Carefully open the carton.
l Remove and inspect the carton contents. Verify that
all the items in the INCLUDED LIST are present and
undamaged.
l Recycle or dispose of the packaging materials properly.

ATTACHING THE EXHAUST HOSE
See Figures 4 - 8
When installed, the exhaust hose should be as short
as possible. Do not extend the hose or connect it with
another exhaust hose.
l Unplug the air conditioner.
l Locate the exhaust duct on the backside of the unit.
l Depress the latch.
l Slide the hose inlet on the exhaust duct up and away
from the air conditoner unit.
l Place the hose inlet on the end of the exhaust hose and
turn clockwise to secure.
