After having taken the SIME SMART PLUS Remote Control out of
its packaging:
– Use a screwdriver to push the fastening tab (1) to release
the base (2) from the user interface (3) making sure that the
screwdriver does not penetrate.

Separate the 2 parts

– Secure the base plate (2) to the wall using the screws (4) and
wall plugs (5) provided with the remote control unit.

NOTE:
the power supply can be fitted in the rear junction box
(as shown in the figure) or in another remote position up to a
maximum connection length of 10 metres between the power
supply and the SIME SMART PLUS device.
In case of positioning on the back of the junction box , it is recom-
mended to calibrate the room temperature sensor as reported in
chap. "4.9 MENU section navigation".
