Rotational angle
In this mode the name of the adjusting parameter is
shown in the top line of the display panel. Below this
the current torque value is displayed.
When the torque wrench is activated and the value
approaches the start of the range of readings, then the
text above both menu buttons changes to "return" and
"OK".
The unit of measure inputted for this tightening
operation is also shown on the display panel, as well
as the direction of turn "-" for anti-clockwise and "+" for
clockwise.
As soon as the angular starting torque has been
reached, the green LED lights up briefly and a short
audible signal is output.
In the large space in the centre of the display panel as
of now the rotational angle is shown. The maximum
torque value is then shown above in front of the
measurement unit.
The rotational angle shows the angle value, which has
been achieved under loading when tightening. The
value remains in the display, even when the wrench is
in the meantime slackened (e.g. when re-tensioning).
If the pre-warning value is reached, the display
background lights up yellow. This shows that the
target angle tolerance range will shortly be reached.
On reaching the tolerance range around the target
angle the green LED lights up. An acoustic warning
signal buzzes and the vibration is activated.
If the torque wrench vibrates, then the energy
consumption increases steeply.
Release the torque wrench after finishing the
adjusting parameters.
The tightening operation started in this way can only
be ended using the menu buttons.
The value achieved can be stored by pressing the
"MR" button or the operation discontinued with the
"ML" button.
Saving is only possible if "OK" is shown on the
display above the "MR" button. Otherwise, the
memory is full. To be able to save again, you must
at least partially delete the memory.
In both cases the next tightening operations can be
proceeded with after ascertaining the tare.
