Clothes
When using the machine, wear tight work clothes, sturdy work gloves, hearing protectors, and non-slip boots
with steel toe caps.
Operation
Make sure the machine is placed on a level surface with the support wheels lowered before starting.
Remove all foreign objects from the work area before using the machine.
Stones, glass, branches and similar items can damage the machine.
Also, check that the bolts of the machine are tight.
Start the engine according to the instructions below.
Stay away from moving parts of the machine.
Never attempt to move the machine in any manner other than intended for normal use while the engine is
running.
The machine is designed for use in orchards and flower beds. Make sure you are familiar with these
instructions before operating the machine, particularly engine start and stop procedures. Fig 10: To use the
black clutch handle, the red control lever (A) must first be activated. By tilting the control stick to the right or
left side and then activating the black handle lever, the controller will move forward or backward. Pay
attention when reverting. It is important that the area is cleared, for any obstacles before reversing. Never
reverse the controller against a wall, tree or any other fixed obstacle. Only the 1G8A / 1G58 model has
reverse gear.
Work Area
While the machine is being operated and the engine is running, do not leave the operating area marked Fig.
12. If it is necessary to leave the working area, for example, to connect an accessory, first stop the engine.
It is usually necessary to drive the knob over a section of land 2-3 times from different directions. Do not use
on very wet soil, as it will form mass of soil that is difficult to break.
