30. This allows the oil to run more freely and makes the oil change more complete.
31. After 5 minutes, stop the engine. Remove the spark plug cover.
32. Drain the oil by unscrewing the cap from the reservoir.
33. Remember to drain the oil into a container of sufficient capacity. Note: The motor should not tilt back
more than 45 degrees.
34. Screw the sump plug back on and pour new oil into the engine. Do this by removing the oil cap and
pouring the recommended amount of oil.
35. Readjust the spark plug cover.
Alternatively, use an oil extractor kit.
17. Suction the oil through the oil filling hole with the syringe.
18. Use the hose to get to the reservoir. Transfer the used oil to the container.
19. Fill the engine with new sae-30 oil (0.45 l.).
20. Always check that the oil level is visible and that the edge of the filling hole. Figure 17.
Remember to dispose of used oil safely. Oil and oil extractor kit are not included
Air Filter Maintenance
Inspect and clean the air filter regularly. If the filter has not been cleaned for a longer period, this will influence
engine PTO and exhaustion.
25. Clean the air filter before opening it.
26. Loosen the nut and remove the cover.
27. Now carefully remove the air filter element. Inspect and remove dust from the air filter by touching the
item easily several times.
28. Replace the air filter if it is very dirty. Clean the base and cover.
29. Replace the air filter element, cover and fasten the nut.
30. Verify that all parts are assembled correctly
IMPORTANT: Under no circumstances should oil or water be applied to the air filter!
Spark Plug Maintenance
Remove the spark plug cover.
Brush off any dirt and spark plug deposit. Loosen the spark plug with a spark plug socket.
Verify that the insulation is intact. Clean the spark plug with a wire brush.
Measure the electrode gap 0.7–0.8 mm.
Avoid damaging the electrode.
If it is damaged, replace it with a new one.
Readjust the spark plug. Readjust the spark plug cover.
Almacenamiento
If the machine is likely to be stored unused for extended periods, follow the instructions below.
This will ensure a longer service life of the machine.
•
Use a garden hose to wash soil and dirt.
•
Remove any grass, etc. from the rotor shaft.
•
The chassis number should only be wiped with a damp cloth to avoid unnecessary wear.
•
Avoid using a high-pressure washer during cleaning. Wipe the rudder with a damp cloth so that all
surfaces are clean.
•
Wipe surfaces with an oily cloth to prevent rust.
•
Always store the machine in a dry, clean place.
