1. Introduc on
The FW500 is a wheelchair designed to meet the requirements of adults and young people learning fencing on
indoor pistes. Made with a lightweight aluminium alloy, it offers a wide range of adjustments allowing it to
respond to the athletes' needs and the requirements of their various pathologies. Addi onally, it means it can
accompany them as they develop and progress in their sport, from leisure to compe
complies with the following standards:

in this manual.
1.1 FW500 Descrip on
The FW500 fencing wheelchair features a fixed frame with a large convenient handle on the side of the
non-sword arm as well as parking brakes. The height and posi on (right or le ) of the handle, the height of the
backrest and the distance between the seat and the footrest are adjustable.
