LIMITED WARRANTY
Twelve Months Limited Warranty on FAG POWERPULL SPIDER (HYDRAULIC PULLER)
FAG Industrial Services GmbH warrants to Buyer that the FAG POWERPULL SPIDER will be
free from defects in design, material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months
from date of purchase. Buyer's exclusive remedy for breach of warranty or otherwise is
expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective FAG POWERPULL SPIDER, at
the sole discretion of FAG Industrial Services GmbH.
Warranty Claim Procedure
Proof of the date of purchase will be required before any warranty claim can be
processed.

Kaiserstrasse 100, D-52134 Herzogenrath, Germany for shipping and other instructions.
Extent of Warranties – Exclusions and Limitations
THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE SPECIFI-
CATIONS OF THE FAG POWERPULL SPIDER. THE DURATION OF ANY AND ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PROVIDED
ABOVE. FAG SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE HEREUNDER OR OTHERWISE FOR LOSS OF
PROFITS, OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
