TROUBLESHOOTING
The following information may assist in identifying a problem and rectifying it.
Problem
Equipment will not
start.
Belt slips.
Belt hesitates when
stepped on.
Belt is not centred.
Display shows "E1"
Display shows "E2"
Display shows "E3"
Display shows "E6"
Display shows "E7"
NOTE: In the event of not being able to resolve the problem, please seek technical support
assistance.
Cause
A. Equipment not plugged in.
B. Safety tether not in place.
Belt loose.
A. Not enough lubrication on
running deck.
B. Belt too tight.
Running belt tension not even
across the rear roller.
Communication problem
between drive unit and console
detected.
Drive unit / motor problem
detected.
Electrical protection tripped.
Power supply protection tripped.
Safety tether not in place.
A. Connect unit to mains electrical supply.
B. Place safety tether in correct location.
Adjust belt tension.
A. Lubricate running deck.
B. Adjust belt tension.
Adjust belt alignment.
Check connections between console and drive
unit. If the connectors or wiring is damaged,
replace it.
Check drive unit and motor connections. if the
motor is damaged, replace it.
Check mains electrical supply is to specifications.
• Ensure that drive belt is not caught or is unable to
rotate due to obstruction.
• Check all connections.
• Check for motor or control circuitry fault (often
indicated by a burning smell) and replace parts as
required.
