CHANGING THE NETWORK CONFIGURED IN DOMI
(AP MODE / CLIENT MODE)
- Make sure the Tablet or Smartphone is connected to the DOMI-XXXXXX network (AP
Mode).
- Go to the settings menu from the quick access bar in the App's "CONF DOMI" section.
- Click on the "configure network" button.
- Fulfil point 1 or 2 on window:
1) Upper part: to rename the network leaving DOMI in AP Mode;
Save the settings by clicking on
2) Lower part: to connect DOMI to the local network, by entering the SSID and PSW.
Save the settings by clicking on
Warning! In case of entry errors DOMI cannot connect (yellow LED on steady for
more than one minute). At this point, the procedure must be started again from
the beginning.
- Exit form App
- Enter the Wi-Fi settings on your Tablet or Smartphone and choose the network
previously specified from the list.
- Go back to the DOMI App and select the right arrow.
- Stand by. DOMI-XXXXXX will appear.
- Proceed (right arrow).
- Save the information
- Access DOMI management in Client Mode ("Access").
CLOUD FUNCTIONS AND CONFIGURATION
Cloud functions enable remote access to the DOMI control unit.
Using a normal internet browser or the DOMI App, the utilities created may be controlled
even though not in the vicinity of the DOMI control unit. For example:
- The house blinds were left open -> Close the house blinds from the office.
- Awnings, drapes, lamps and blinds closed -> Activate an opening scenario prior to
arriving home.
Activation of the Cloud functions requires registration with an internet site (cloud),
enabling remote connection.
Activation of Cloud functions in the control unit and site registration:
Before registering with the site, make sure that the DOMI control unit is configured on a
domestic network with internet access.
- Go to the settings menu from the quick access bar in the App's "CONF DOMI" section.
- Activate the "Enable DOMI Cloud" function.
