Working with the device
3.3.1
Replacing the jaws
To replace the jaws, loosen the screws holding them (on their top -
see the picture below) and in place of the jaws attach the appropriate
ones, then tighten them securely with the same screws.
3.3.2 Warming up the device (only if necessary to start working in cold
conditions)
If the ambient temperature is low and the unit is not heated (i.e. has
not worked before), warm it up before working with the unit. For this
purpose, the device should be run "on idle", i.e. by operating the
trigger and the release lever, perform several full cycles of operation
of the device so that the hydraulic fluid inside becomes hotter and
thinner.
3.3.2
Bending/straightening
Place the machine on a flat, stable surface, resting on its stand.
