Probable Causes
D. Steam line or steam head is
blocked.
E. Generator is damaged.
A. The Power button is off.
A. An error has occurred.
B. The session time limit was met
or the temperature setpoint was
met.
C. The power provided to the
generator was inconsistent or
stopped.
Recommended Action
D. Check the steam head and steam
line for blockages. Repair as
necessary.
E. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
A. Press the Power button on the User
Interface prior to attempting to
change settings.
A. Check the User Interface for error
messages. If an error message
appears, see the appropriate error
message troubleshooting.
B. Restart the session timer or increase
the temperature setpoint to restart
steam.
C. Provide proper power to the
generator.
