Set the clock
When the appliance is plugged in, "0:00" will be shown on the display.

Fan heater - the fan heater is on to provide an additional source of heat. In
this mode, the fan will turn on automatically to improve air circulation. The
temperature can be set in the range of 50°C to 240°C. The default cooking
temperature is 180°C.
Pyrolytic cleaning - when the Pyrolytic cleaning function is turned on,
"PyR" will be shown on the display. The default cooking temperature is
450°C. The time can be set to 1:30 or 2:00.
