3 - DESCRIPTION

The machine you bought is an industrial vacuum
cleaner (on request approved according to
the ATEX regulations) designed to suck up
shavings, scraps, dust, fl uids and various
waste materials.; it has been built to operate
in industrial environments where it can work
continuously or at intervals.
The machine is mounted on a sturdy trolley
equipped with 4 though rubber swivel castors
in order to make the machine easy to handle
inside the working area. It also has brakes to
safely stop the machine in its place of use.
The drum and the fi ltering chamber could be
made of stainless steel AISI 304 (usually the
material is varnished iron, stainless steel only
on demand); the use of this material makes
possible the use of vacuum cleaners in serveral
kinds of industries (chemical, pharmaceutical,
food...).
The vacuumed material is subjected to a
centrifugal action inside the container where
the coarse items fall due to their weight. The
air passes through a fi ltering surface where
solids in suspension are retained.

4 - IMPROPER USE

- Never suck up lighted cigarette ends and/or
fl ammable materials in general.
- Never suck substances that may explode in
touch with air.
- Never operate in environments saturated
with explosive gases and/or toxic chemical
aerosol packages.
- Never suck toxic substances prior to an
accurate check of the cartridge fi lter.
- Never open the electric panel prior to
complete disconnection of the main voltage.
- Never tamper with the equipment.
- Never disregard the instructions provided in
this manual about the use of the machine

4.1 Permitted uses

The appliances manufactured in compliance
with the ATEX (Atmosphere Explosive) directive
can be installed in environments where there is
a potential risk of explosion. They can be used
in area 22 ATEX (EX II 3G T3 - EX II 3D T 135°
IP 65). Provided with an antistatic conductive
M class fi lter and INOX steel containers and in
zone 21 ATEX (EX II 2D T 100°C IP 65) provided
with antistatic conductive M class fi lter and
built with steel containers and components
(outside the machine's bearing structure) and
conductive plastic.
It is possible to vacuum potentially explosive
dust in the areas: aluminium, chemicals,
cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, wood, maize, mills,
bakeries, paints.
